Pursuant to Texas Election Code, Section 87.121, the El Paso County Elections Department will provide a roster with information on persons who voted an early voting ballot by personal appearance or an early voting ballot by mail. This list will be updated each business day approximately one hour after ALL Early Voting Sites have finished processing voters for that day. This list is available for candidates and campaigns to download.
If the list will not be available that evening due to delays, we will post a notice informing when the list should become available.

Elections Livestream
Section 127.1232(b) of the Texas Election Code requires the general custodian of election records in a county with a population over 100,000 to implement a video surveillance system that retains a record of all areas containing vote ballots: (1) from the time the voted ballots are delivered to the central counting station until the canvass of precinct election returns; and (2) from the time the voted ballots are delivered to the signature verification committee or early voting ballot board until the canvass of precinct election returns.
