 Last day to receive request for a ballot by mail FPCA (Federal Post Card Application) Military and Overseas VotersFriday, July 11, 2014 (date received, not postmarked) (Sec.84.007(c) Senate Bill 910,2013 Legislative Session) the deadlines for filing an FPCA remains as prescribed in Sec.101.052(g) and Sec.114.004(c) of the Texas Election Code. (This deadline is pushed back to the preceding regular business day, because the 7th day before the election falls on Saturday, July 12, 2014 (Sec.84.007(c) and Sec.101.002)

Last day to register to vote: Friday, June 20, 2014 (Thursday, June 19, 2014 is Emancipation Day in Texas, a State legal holiday, deadline is pushed back to the preceding regular business day (Sec. 1.006)). To verify if you are a registered voter click here
